Almond Butter & Apple Sliders
1/4-1/2 cup almond butter
Core the apples and slice into 1cm-thick discs. Spread almond butter on one side of a slice and place another on top to create an apple and almond butter ‘burger’. Continue this for all of the discs. To keep them together you may find it works well to secure the discs with a cocktail stick.
