  • 60ml coconut milk
  • 160g almond butter
  • 25g cacao powder
  • 35g chia seeds
  • 75g sunflower seeds
  • 45g desiccated coconut, unsweetened, plus extra for coating
  • 70g jumbo porridge oats
  • 35g coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened, plus extra for coating
  • 2/3 cup jumbo porridge oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

These healthy treats are heaven, shaped into little balls. Try them and share them – or maybe even keep them all to yourself!!

Put all the dry ingredients in to a blender or food processor and mix together. Then add in all the wet ingredients and mix everything together until smooth. Roll them into small balls in the palm of your hand, and then roll in desiccated coconut for a coating. Put the truffles in the fridge to set and then store them either in an airtight container in the fridge or in the freezer. These delicious treats are great to whip out whenever you find yourself in need of a healthy boost of sweetness. Enjoy!
