  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into wedges
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 2 large beets, peeled and cut into wedges

Whenever I feel tired in the morning or generally when I feel like I need a boost, I make this juice. I usually add more ginger because I love the strong revitalising taste of the root but you can use as little or as much as you like. Cleansing and powerful – that’s what this red wonder is.

Throw all the ingredients in the juicer. Add more ginger if you like it spicy and more lemon if you like it tangy. Donโ€™t get anyย on your clothes!
