  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 avocado, de-seeded
  • 40g spinach, washed
  • 350ml coconut water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2-3 sprigs mint, leaves only
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes
