super blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

  • 275g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 500ml plant-based milk (almond, cashew, soy, rice, etc)
  • 250ml coconut water
  • 45g spinach leaves
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • a few mint leaves and a sprinkle of chia seeds, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (almond, cashew, soy, rice, etc)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • a few mint leaves and a sprinkle of chia seeds, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
