Ingredients

    here are a few ideas of what I put in my wraps to give you inspiration:

    • 40g (one handful) of grated extra strong mature cheddar cheese
    • approx. 60g roasted red peppers
    • approx. 50g cooked black beans
    • approx. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
    • approx. 30g grated carrot
    • approx. 3-4 tbsp hummus
    • approx. 30g chickpeas
    • other ideas include: spinach, chopped onion, grilled halloumi, crumbled feta, mixed beans, grilled vegetables, wilted kale, rainbow chard and chopped tomatoes…

      There is no exact science to making these wraps – they’re a great way of using up what is in your fridge, so be adventurous and explore all the flavour combinations available.

      Simply lay your wrap flat on the table, add all your ingredients to the centre, and fold and roll the wrap into a tight sausage-like shape.
