almond chia seed pudding

Chia seeds are packed with nutritional goodness - full of omega fatty acids, lots of protein and good fibre. This is my popular almond and chia seed pudding recipe – give it a go.

5 minutes + overnight

1 cup chia seeds

1 1/2 cups almond milk

1/4 cup sliced almonds, raw or toasted

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Pinch of cinnamon

Splash of vanilla extract
