  • 4-5 bulbs of fennel
  • approx. 1-2 litres vegetable stock
  • juice of 1/2 orange
  • zest of 1/2 orange
  • small handful of chives

This is a delicious and easy way of using fennel, which is one of the most flavourful vegetables we have to choose from. It’s super simple to make and tastes great with fish, other vegetables, rice and many other dishes. The taste is similar to liquorice, and the orange helps to give it a delicious citrus kick.
