1 can of Italian butter beans, rinsed

1/2 avocado, skinned, pitted and sliced

2 handfuls of pomegranate seeds

Fresh basil leaves, washed and ripped



Extra virgin olive oil

Optional: Parmigiano or Goat’s cheese
