how to soak your almonds

Soaking almonds makes them easier to digest and twice as delicious. I keep them with me in my bag and in my desk to eat as snacks when hunger strikes but you can also add them to porridge, bars, cookies, muffins, veggie burgers and granola. Start soaking!
