  • 1/2 avocado, skinned, pitted and sliced
  • 2 handfuls of pomegranate seeds
  • fresh basil leaves, washed and ripped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • optional: parmigiano or goat’s cheese (not df, v, ve)
