multi-grain power porridge

Ingredients

  • 100g gluten-free jumbo oats
  • 85g millet
  • 45g quinoa flakes
  • small handful of dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, unsweetened
  • generous pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 500ml almond or coconut milk
  • 250ml fresh water
  • honey or maple syrup drizzled on top if desired
  • 1 cup gluten-free jumbo oats

  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • small handful of dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, unsweetened
  • generous pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh water
  • honey or maple syrup drizzled on top if desired

    makes 4-6 servings
