multi-grain power porridge

Porridge is a terrific way to start your day but it doesn’t have to be made out of just oats. This recipe (easy to make the night before) shows you how to mix many different grains into a super nutritious porridge.
makes 4-6 servings
preparation time:
5 minutes + overnight
cooking time:
5-7 minutes

1 cup gluten-free jumbo oats

1/2 cup millet

1/2 cup quinoa flakes

Small handful dried cranberries

2 tbsp desiccated coconut, unsweetened

Generous pinch of cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups almond or coconut milk

1 cup fresh water

Honey or maple syrup drizzled on top if desired
