roasted chickpea snacks

It's great to have an alternative to nuts and crackers when you need a snack. These tasty little nibbles are easy to make and taste delicious. Surprise your family and guests with their crunchy, rich flavour.

The more the merrier of these snacks, but you can make as few or as many as you want. They go fast so I always make more than I think I need.


If you choose to make this recipe using 1 can of chick peas, you will need:

1 400g can chick peas or garbanzo beans

2 tbsps olive oil

2 tbsps liquid amino acids by Braggs or tamari

Sprinkle of turmeric

Pinch of salt and ground black pepper
