superfood smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to pack a whole lot of nutrients into something you can sip over breakfast or at any time of day. Here’s one of my favourite combinations.
makes 2-3 servings
preparation time:
5 minutes

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup fresh room-temperature water

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp green powder (1 tbsp if you prefer more)

1/4 cup frozen kale (1/2 cup if you prefer more)

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp almond butter
