Tropical green smoothie

Everyone loves a new smoothie recipe to try, especially when it’s nutrient-packed, refreshing and reminds you of your holidays. With only a few ingredients, this is a fantastic start to any day.

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup frozen strawberries (or fresh if available)

1 cup spinach

1 cup frozen kale (or fresh if available)

1 banana, peeled

2 lemons (or limes), peeled

1/2-1 cup pineapple, peeled

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

Approximately 2 cups fresh room-temperature water
