Ingredients

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 75g frozen strawberries (or fresh if available)
  • 25g fresh spinach
  • 20g frozen kale (or fresh if available)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 lemons (or limes), peeled
  • 85g-170g pineapple, peeled
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • approximately 500ml fresh room-temperature water
  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen kale (or fresh if available)

  • 1/2-1 cup pineapple, peeled
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • approximately 2 cups fresh room-temperature water
