superfood berry smoothie

Ingredients
- 250ml fresh still water
- 250ml coconut water
- 125ml unsweetened almond (or hemp, oat, soya) milk
- 125g frozen blueberries
- 75g strawberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
- 1/4 to 1/2 avocado, depending on size
- 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin coconut butter
- 1 cup fresh still water
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond (or hemp, oat, soya) milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 inch ginger, peeled
- 1/4 to 1/2 avocado, depending on size
- 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin coconut butter

This is summer in a glass – creamy, full of nutrients and rich with berry fruitiness. It is a great recipe to start with if you or your kids are new to smoothies.
Throw all the ingredients in a blender or hand mixer and blend until completely smooth. You can use fresh berries, of course, if you have them.
