Ingredients

  • 5 apples, chopped into quarters
  • 140g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 200g jumbo gluten-free oats
  • 100g ground almonds (or almond meal)
  • 45g walnuts, crushed (or almonds, brazil nuts, etc)
  • 85g flax seeds
  • 45g - 90g unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp xylitol
  • 70g coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp xylitol
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
