Ingredients
- 1 x 400g drained can chick peas or garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps liquid amino acids by braggs or tamari
- sprinkle of turmeric
- pinch of salt and ground black pepper

The more the merrier of these snacks, but you can make as few or as many as you want. They go fast so I always make more than I think I need. It’s great to have an alternative to nuts and crackers when you need a snack. These tasty little nibbles are easy to make and taste delicious.
