Food manufacturers are sneaky; they know we look out for the word ‘sugar’. They also know it can sometimes affect people’s buying decision. That’s why it isn’t always referred to by the ‘s’ word. I’ve put together a list of all the words that are used to describe sugar – some are better choices than others, but all of them ultimately have the same effect on the body.
