  • 80g cup chia seeds
  • 65g - 130g blueberries

Carrot bircher muesli is one of my family’s favourite breakfasts. Plus it’s a great way to add an extra veggie into your day. We prepare it on Sunday and it ensures breakfasts are easy for the following days. It’s best to make this the night before so it absorbs all the great flavours. Serve with a pour of almond or coconut milk on top.

Mix all the ingredients together well in a large bowl. Cover and keep in the fridge.
