quick & kid-friendly smoothie

Ingredients
- 500ml unsweetened almond milk (you can use any kind of unsweetened plant milk)
- 250ml water
- 1 banana
- 137g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp flax oil
- 3 fresh kale leaves (torn into small pieces with no stems) - or a big handful of chopped frozen kale if you have it prepped
- 1/2 avocado, de-seeded
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
