- 275g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 500ml plant-based milk (almond, cashew, soy, rice, etc)
- 250ml coconut water
- 45g spinach leaves
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- a few mint leaves and a sprinkle of chia seeds, optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of ground cinnamon
