chia seed puddings – two ways
Ingredients
- 80g or 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 500ml almond or coconut milk
version one:
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- handful of sliced almonds
- dash of vanilla essence
- 1 tsp agave nectar or stevia
version two:
- handful of walnuts
- handful of blueberries
- 2-3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- dash of vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond or coconut milk
version one:

My children love these puddings because they think they’re getting dessert for breakfast. Technically they are, but without all the refined sugars and nasty ingredients. This is a great recipe for all the family but works just as well as an after-dinner treat too.
